Sughar Kachehri: Reviving Resilience through Dialogues

On 2 May 2026 in Village Arain, Trishakhi, District Shikarpur, the Sughar Kachehri revived a traditional Sindhi folk-wisdom dialogue forum rooted in the indigenous Otaak system, historically a communal space for reflection, dispute resolution and collective decision-making.

Elders, youth and community stakeholders shared lived experience in an intergenerational dialogue on resilience and peaceful coexistence.
